Privacy policy

The controller of personal data collected through oxiraesim.com is ROVERRE LLC, a single-member limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. It determines the purposes and means of processing your data, and it is the entity to which requests to exercise your rights should be addressed.

Your account holds your email address, your name and phone number if you gave them, and your profile picture if you signed in with Google. It also holds your preferences: language, currency, light or dark, and the time zone your browser reports so that dates read as your day rather than our server’s.

Each order keeps a record of what you bought: the destination, the plan, the amount, the currency, your card’s brand and its last four digits, and the eSIM’s identifier and activation code.

• Your card number. Payment happens at Stripe, on their page. They tell us the card’s brand and its last four digits and nothing else — the full number never passes through our server.
• Your password. What we store is a one-way hash, not the password, and it cannot be turned back into one. If you signed in with Google there is no password here at all.

oxiraesim.com does not collect, capture, or store credit or debit card numbers, security codes (CVV/CVC), or expiry dates on its servers at any time.

All transactions are processed through an encrypted, direct integration with Stripe, an authorised payment gateway certified to the PCI-DSS standard. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own page and never traverse our server.

What we retain from a payment is only what Stripe returns for the receipt: the card’s brand (Visa, Mastercard and so on), its last four digits, and Stripe’s own transaction reference. That is not sufficient, alone or with anything else we hold, to make a payment.

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the same payment method used for the purchase. We cannot direct them anywhere else.

We use cookies to run the site, and to measure how many people visit it and which pages they open. There is no advertising cookie here, and none of this is sold to anyone.

• A session cookie, so you stay signed in.
• Your language, currency, appearance and time zone — so the site opens the way you left it.
• Two Google Analytics cookies, which tell your browser apart from the next one so a returning reader counts once rather than ten times. Google is a third party and does see which pages you open; it is not sent your name, your email or what you bought.

You can refuse this measurement by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or with Google’s own Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works exactly the same without it.

You can delete your account yourself, from your account page. We email you a code first, so that a stray tap on a borrowed phone is not enough to do it.

When you do: your name, email, phone, picture and password are erased, and every route back in is closed. The invoice records stay. Money genuinely moved, and those records are needed for accounting and for any refund that follows — they stay without your personal details attached.

eSIMs you already installed keep working on your device. You will not be able to reach their codes here afterwards.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something wrong, or delete your account. Deletion is a button on your account page; for the rest, write to us and we will answer.

Email is preferred: it is faster and leaves a clearer record. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, so that no account’s data is handed to anyone but its owner.
